VIP TRAINING

Personalized training based on your goals and needs. You will attend semi-private hours where we build you a program that will fit your current fitness level with the expectation of pushing you to see you improve and hit your goals.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

We have different group classes throughout the week. They are for any fitness level from beginner to advanced.

CrossFire:  Is a metabolism boosting workout utilizing multiple joint movements and full body exercises performed at a high intensity. Metabolic style training is FUN! The workouts move quickly, the exercises are constantly changing, and it forces you to use your whole body as a unit. It incorporates super effective strength moves that build firm and lean muscle which is key to building a robust metabolism. Get ready for your fitness to get fired up!

EliteFit: This is our cross-training class. We have a strength component and end with a WOD. All Fitness level.

​

HIIT Squad: You give all-out 100% effort through quick intense bursts of exercise followed by short sometimes active recovery periods. This class gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. All fitness levels.

​

Rise & Grind: This class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to tone your body, improve your endurance and clear your mind before you start your busy day! All fitness levels.

​

Strength Club: A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. Focuses on Bench, Squat, Deadlift, and isolation exercises with free weights and resistance. All fitness levels.

Virtual Class: We have LIVE virtual workouts throughout the day. They will follow along with our normal class structure from warm up to cool down.

GROUP STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

45 min - 1 hour training session. We focus on core, power, combo exercises and accessory work. This program is for anyone who wants a specific program for building strength and endurance. Want to be good at everything, not just one specific kind of training? This is for you!

NUTRITION

We will teach you how to live a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle without completely restricting what you eat. We achieve this by teaching you how to count macros.

What is a macro? A type of food (protein, carbs and fats) required in large amounts in the diet.  

Our mission is to provide you with the tools needed to build a healthy and balanced approach to eating and nutrition.  

You will work hand in hand with Coach Steph (who is Macro Certified) throughout this journey. She will provide you with your specific macros based on your goals and exercise routine. Want more information on nutrition?
